Showcase Feature
Built in the 60’s, Gail’s original garden was filled with lawn, rhododendrons, camellias, and the inevitable fiberglass patio cover. In 2006 Gail attended the Bringing Back the Natives Garden Tour, scouting for a landscape designer she could work with. She loved the extraordinary way Four Dimension’s gardens flowed with nature. Now her own garden shows its transformation to a beautiful, simple and natural place that Gail loves to be in. Set in a traditional suburban landscape, this six year old garden includes references to oak woodland, grassland, chaparral, redwood forest, riparian woodland and freshwater marsh plant communities. The maturing plants evoke the qualities of the nearby open space. You’ll enjoy the peaceful burbling moss rock “zen” fountain, which was made in the shape of a full moon and placed in the side garden.
