Winter and Spring Native Plant Extravaganzas
Please join us at the Winter Native Plant Extravaganza, which will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 10:00-4:00. At this event, a number of native plant nurseries will be open, and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to help shoppers select the right plants for their gardens.
In the Spring Extravaganza, which will take place on the week-end of Bringing Back the Natives Garden Tour (May 2 and 3), a number of nurseries specializing in California natives will be open on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday May 3 from 10:00 to 5:00. These nurseries carry large quantities of hard-to-find California natives. Knowledgeable staff will be on hand to help you select plants right for your garden throughout the week-end.
Self-Guided Tour
As usual, the free Bringing Back the Natives Garden Tour will take place on the first Sunday in May. This year the date is Sunday, May 3, 2020; on that day fortybeautiful native plant gardens and a number of native plant nurseries will be open. (Please DO NOT visit the private gardens on Saturday, May 2, as the hosts will be busy preparing for the event on the following day. The Tour takes place ONLY on Sunday, May 3, 2020.)
